All tickets purchased are subject to the following conditions.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. This ticket is sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting the event and subject to the conditions applicable to the venue where presented.
2. This ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Monies are paid directly to the event's producer and Tixnofee takes a $1(AUD) fee from each transaction. In the unlikely event of a show being rescheduled or cancelled, the customer agrees to not take up any dispute with Tixnofee. In the event of a cancellation the $1(AUD) fee charged by Tixnofee is non-refundable.
4. This ticket is valid only when purchased through www.tixnofee.com.
5. The right of admission is reserved. Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the venue management.
6. No person of any age will be admitted without a valid ticket of admission.
7. Ticket holders attending the event do so at their own risk.
8. Tixnofee collects your individual information in case of an event cancellation or change and will not provide this information to third parties.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Tixnofee does not sell tickets. Tixnofee acts solely as a portal for a shows producer to sell tickets. All tickets sold through www.tixnofee.com are a transaction between the shows producer (seller) and the ticket-buying customer (buyer).
2. A seller listing an event on www.tixnofee.com assumes all responsibility for ensuring the event is genuine. Any deliberate attempt to misinform buyers will result in criminal proceedings.
3. Tixnofee takes a non-refundable $1(AUD) transaction fee for facilitating each ticket transaction and passes the remaining monies to the seller.
4. If an event is cancelled, the seller forfeits the non-refundable $1(AUD) transaction fee and refunds the buyer the full price of the ticket purchased.
5. A transaction fee of $1(AUD) is charged for each ticket sold regardless of the price of the ticket, regardless of the number of tickets sold in any particular transaction.
6. Any complimentary tickets sold through Tixnofee are subject to a $1(AUD) transaction fee.
7. The seller assumes all responsibility for any fees charged by PayPal.
8. PayPal fees are subject to the terms and conditions of PayPal, and are an arrangement between PayPal and the seller.

DISCLAIMER 1. It is the sellers responsibility to ensure the information presented on www.tixnofee.com is accurate and up-to-date.
2. In the event of information inaccuracies, Tixnofee is not responsible for contacting buyers to inform them of these inaccuracies.
3. In the event of a show being cancelled or rescheduled, Tixnofee is not responsible for contacting buyers to inform them of the cancellation or rescheduling.
4. In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, the seller assumes all responsibility for settling the dispute.
5. Tixnofee is in no way responsible for any disputes between a buyer and seller.
6. In the event of a refund being issued, the transaction is solely between the seller and the buyer, and this transaction does not involve Tixnofee.
7. By allowing the seller to sell tickets to a show through its website, Tixnofee is in no way endorsing the show.
8. Tixnofee takes no responsibility for any fees charged by PayPal.
9. By using this website, the seller assumes all risks associated with use of this website, including risk to computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the Tixnofee website or any access to it.
